About Us

The People Behind the Music

Band Masters Entertainment was built by two people who live and breathe music — a world-touring Cuban drummer and a Singapore-based music entrepreneur. Between them, they bring decades of stage experience and sharp business instincts to every event.

Born in Havana, Cuba, Pablo began playing music at 15, developing mastery across Jazz, Latin, Rock, Funk and R&B. With over 20 years of international performing experience, he has toured across Asia, South America and the USA with Grammy Award artists including the legendary Buena Vista Social Club, and served as touring percussionist for Mandopop megastar David Tao's World Tour and Wang Leehom's Malaysia Tour. In Singapore, Pablo founded Havana Social Club — a Latin and Cuban ensemble that has performed at the Singapore Jazz Festival, Formula 1, Shangri-La Hotel, and festivals across Southeast Asia, Australia, and beyond.
